【中文摘要】 核磁共振(Nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)技術的發展,特別是高場核磁共振技術和脈沖-傅立葉核磁共振(Pulse and Fourier Transform nuclear magnetic resonance,FPT-NMR)技術的出現,為核磁共振技術在多糖結構解析中的應用提供了廣闊的前景。本文較詳細地綜述了核磁共振常用脈沖及新脈沖序列在多糖結構解析中的應用,并探討了核磁共振模擬測序軟件在多糖結構解析中的應用前景。
【英文摘要】 The development of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology,especially the emergence of two-dimensional NMR(2D NMR)and Pulse and Fourier Transform nuclear magnetic resonance(FT-NMR),has led to major progress in the structural analysis of polysaccharides.In this paper,a range of NMR techniques,including 1H NMR、13C NMR、COSY、 TOCSY、NOESY(ROESY)、HMBC and HMQC,are explained.More recent developments such as pulse-sequence of NMR and polysaccharide stimulating and sequencing program are also introduced.
