【中文摘要】 研究了提取溫度、提取時間、料液比、pH和提取次數對金針菇水溶性粗多糖提取率的影響。單因素試驗結果表明,pH和提取次數的影響作用較弱,二因素的適宜水平分別為7和1次;而提取溫度、提取時間和料液比的影響較顯著。采用Box-Behnken組合設計進一步考察3個因子對金針菇粗多糖提取率的影響。試驗結果表明,對金針菇粗多糖提取率影響大小依次為:料液比>提取時間>提取溫度;所確定的最優提取條件為:提取溫度87℃,提取時間2 h,料液比1∶20,在此條件下金針菇粗多糖提取率為1.38%。
【英文摘要】 The Box-Behnken design was used to define more precisely the key factors affecting polysaccharide extraction from Flammulina velutipes selected on the basis of single factor experiments.Data revealed that extraction temperature,extraction time and the solid-liquid ratio were the most influential parameters,and that the optimal extraction conditions consisted of a single extraction conducted at pH 7 and 87 ℃ for 2 h,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20.Under these conditions,the yield of F.velutipes polysaccharide was 1.38%.
