【中文摘要】 對杏鮑菇(Pleurotus eryngii)工廠化瓶栽栽培的5個培養料配方進行比較。結果表明,配方5(玉米芯32%,雜木屑35%,米糠16%,麩皮12%,玉米粉5%)是試驗的最佳配方,其子實體產量和生物學效率分別達到0.148 kg/瓶和52.21%。相關性分析表明,每瓶產量和菇體數呈極顯著的負相關(-0.989)。
【英文摘要】 Five different substrate formulae were evaluated for the industrial scale cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii.Highest fruit body yield(0.148 kg/bottle) and biological efficiency(52.21%) values were recorded using a substrate consisting of 32% corn cobs,35% sawdust,16% rice bran,12% wheat bran and 5% corn flour.Statistic analysis revealed a negative correlation(-0.989) between the yield per bottle and the number of fruit bodies.
