【摘要】 采用Roche 454 GS FLX測序技術和Solexa測序技術相結合,進行了草菇(Volvariella volvacea)全基因組的測序,最終獲得了長度為35.67Mb的草菇全基因組序列。通過生物信息學預測,獲得了11097個蛋白編碼基因,其中5516個基因有明確的功能注釋信息。這是在國際上首次報道的草菇基因組框架圖。
【Abstract】 The two next-generation high-throughput approaches of Roche 454 GS FLX and Illumina Solexa have been used to sequence the genome of Volvariella volvacea. The genome is 35.67 Mb in size and encodes 11 097 proteins based on the bioinformatics prediction. Among the total predicted genes,5 516 genes have been assigned either a definitive or tentative function. This represents the first report of a draft V. volvacea genomic sequence.
