【摘要】 研究了樺樹桑黃液體發酵培養基中不同營養成分對樺樹桑黃菌絲生長的影響。采用L9(34)正交設計法對樺樹桑黃發酵培養基進行了優化,初步篩選出了樺樹桑黃液體發酵的培養基。結果表明,優化培養基為玉米粉1%、麥麩1%、葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.5%、酵母膏0.5%、磷酸二氫鉀0.1%、硫酸鎂0.05%、維生素B1 1 mg.100-1.mL-1.
【Abstract】 The effects of cultural compounds on the growth of Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were investigated.The optimum submerged fermentation parameters for Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal cuiture medium were corn 1%,bran 1%,glucose 2%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extract 0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05% and VB1 1 mg.100-1·mL-1.
