【摘要】 在秦嶺中段寧陜縣冷水溝采集10株野生羊肚菌,獲得菌絲體,擴增其rDNA的ITS區,并進行分析比對,構建分子系統樹,鑒定這10株羊肚菌都為粗腿羊肚菌(Morchella crassipes)。
【Abstract】 10 strains of Morchella sp.from Lengshuigou ravine of Qinling Moutains were collected and isolated.Based on the PCR procedure and analysis of rDNA ITS region sequence,a molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed.The 10 samples were all identified as Morchella crassipes.
