【摘要】 由于食用菌菌種在生產和研究中的重要性,菌種保藏受到越來越多的重視,目前主要的保藏方法有繼代培養保藏法、礦油保藏法、蒸餾水保藏法、液氮保藏法和冷凍干燥保藏法等,本文對這些保藏方法原理和研究進展進行綜述。
【Abstract】 The principles underlying various methods used for the preservation and storage of edible mushroom fungi,including subculture,cryopreservation,freeze-drying,and storage under mineral oil or water,together with recent advances in these methodologies,have been reviewed.
