【摘要】 采用紫外誘變方法對蝙蝠蛾擬青霉原生質體進行選育,經過粗篩和精篩后,選出一株菌絲體得率和腺苷含量明顯高于原始菌株的誘變株BS-2#;經過10代PDA斜面繼代培養、搖瓶試驗和連續3次1 t罐的中試試驗,結果表明BS-2#誘變株發酵性狀穩定。
【Abstract】 UV-induced mutagenesis of Paecilomyces hepiali protoplasts yielded a mutant strain(BS-2#) with a significantly increased capacity for mycelial biomass and adenosine production compared with the parental strain.These properties were stable over ten successive sub-cultures of the mutant strain on liquid medium,and successive pilot plant tests on a one-ton scale.
