【摘要】 根據蛹蟲草(Cordyceps militaris)交配型基因的序列設計3對特異性引物,對收集到的14株蛹蟲草正常菌株和退化菌種進行PCR鑒定。結果表明,3株正常菌株含有MAT-HMG和MAT-alpha兩類交配型基因,判定為異核體;11株退化菌株僅僅含有MAT-HMG或者MAT-alpha交配型基因,判定為同核體。筆者推測,蛹蟲草發生不形成子實體的菌種退化的原因之一是核相發生了改變,即異核體變成了同核體。
