【摘要】 以硫酸鏈霉素為對照藥劑,通過平皿抑菌試驗和活體藥效試驗,對3%中生菌素用于防治糙皮側耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)細菌性褐斑病的效果進行評價。結果表明,3%中生菌素(37.57、5.0 mg/L)與硫酸鏈霉素(250 mg/L)對托拉斯假單胞桿菌(Pseudomonas tolaasii,細菌性褐斑病病原菌)的平皿抑制率均為100%;活體藥效試驗中,3%中生菌素(37.5 mg/L)與硫酸鏈霉素(250 mg/L)對糙皮側耳細菌性褐斑病的預防效果均在80%以上,顯著優于接種后施藥處理的治療效果。
【Abstract】 Plate tests and in situ efficacy trials were conducted to evaluate the effect of zhongshengmycin wettable powder(WP) containing 3% active component on brown blotch disease of Pleurotus ostreatus caused by Pseudomonas tolaasii.Both zhongshengmycin WP(75.0 and 37.5 mg/L) and streptomycin(250 mg/L) were 100% inhibitory to P.tolaasii in plate tests.When applied to the fruit bodies before inoculation with P.tolaasii,both zhongshengmycin WP(37.5 mg/L) and streptomycin(250 mg/L) were >80% effective ...
