【摘要】 為探討樟芝(Antrodia cinnamomea)發酵液凍干粉對CCl4誘發的大鼠慢性肝炎的作用,構建CCl4誘發的大鼠慢性肝炎模型,結果表明處理6周時樟芝發酵液凍干粉可明顯降低血清谷草轉氨酶(glutamicoxaloacetic transaminase,GOT)、谷丙轉氨酶(glutamic pyruvic transaminase,GPT)的活性及白蛋白含量;第8周可增加血清白蛋白含量,明顯減輕脾臟重量,增加肝臟蛋白質含量及降低肝臟含水量、脂質過氧化程度和羥脯氨酸含量。因此,樟芝發酵液凍干粉可以減輕CCl4所誘發的大鼠慢性肝炎癥狀。
【Abstract】 The protective effects of powdered freeze-dried fermentation broth(FDFB),prepared from submerged cultures of Antrodia cinnamomea,against carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced chronic hepatitis in rats are described.Doses of 20% CCl4(0.2 mL/100 g body weight) were administered to rats twice weekly(every Wednesday and Saturday) for eight consecutive weeks.Each rat was orally administered FDFB daily until the end of the experiment and one day prior to CCl4 administration.A significant decrease in elev...
