試管出菇法測定刺芹側耳的交配系統
DETERMINATION OF PLEUROTUS ERYNGII MATING SYSTEM BY USING TEST TUBE FRUITING METHOD

摘 要：在MDA或PNA培養基上,用單孢分離物在試管中進行配對,觀測菌絲體上的鎖狀聯合和子實體的形成情況,判定單孢菌株間的親和性;研究了2個刺芹側耳菌株PE-11、PE-12和1個糙皮側耳菌株PO-02的交配系統,以及3個菌株間的親緣關系;結果表明刺芹側耳和糙皮側耳是雙因子交配系統.這是一個測定側耳屬的交配系統的新方法.
