金頂側耳與黃白側耳性親和特性的研究
Sexual compatibility analysis of Pleurotus citrinipileatus and P.cornucopia

摘 要：研究了金頂側耳(Pleurotus citrinipileatus)與黃白側耳(Pleurotus cornucopiae)的性親和性及其雜交菌株的特性,結果表明:金頂側耳與黃白側耳相互親和;獲得的2株雜交菌株CC-1、CC-2的生長最適宜溫度分別為23.38～24.62℃、23.61～24.19℃,而其親本金頂側耳(0579)和黃白側耳(MH00301)交配型基準株的最適宜生長溫度分別為24.03～26.37℃、24.27～26.33℃,雜交菌株的最適宜生長溫度均低于親本菌株.
