【摘要】 桑黃(Phellinus)是國際公認抗癌效果較好的大型藥用真菌之一,桑黃代謝產生的多糖具有明顯的抑制腫瘤和提高機體免疫力的功效,為當前新型抗癌藥物研究領域的熱點。就桑黃多糖的化學結構、提取純化方式及其藥理作用進行了綜述,并總結了桑黃多糖的產品開發情況,旨在為開發桑黃功能保健品和藥品提供理論依據。
【Abstract】 Phellinus is one of the large fungus which is an internationally recognized anticancer Medicinal.Phellinus polysaccharide produced by the metabolism can obviously inhibit tumor and improve immunity,as a hot research field of new anticancer drugs.In this paper,the chemical structure,extraction and purification of polysaccharide and its pharmacological effects are reviewed,and a summary of the polysaccharide from product development,aimed at provide a theoretical basis for the development of Phell...
