【摘要】 選用了水稻秸稈、小麥秸稈、大豆秸稈、玉米秸稈、花生藤、棉花桿、甘蔗渣7種農作物秸稈作為培養基人工栽培羊肚菌。結果表明:小麥草粉上羊肚菌菌絲生長最快,菌絲濃密,大豆桿粉上羊肚菌子實體形成最早,生物轉化率最高。
【Abstract】 Choice of rice straw,wheat straw,soybean straw,corn stalks,peanut vine,cotton stalks,bagasse,seven kinds of crop straw as a medium for the artificial cultivation of Morchella.The results showed that:wheat meal,the fastest growth of Mycelium,dense mycelium,Morchella fruiting body formation on soybean pole powder earliest,the highest rate of biotransformation.
