【摘要】 試驗研究4種不同的母種培養基(PDA、PSA、PDA+木屑和PDA+K++Mg2+)和4種不同的原種、栽培種培養基(棉籽殼、棉籽殼+麥麩、木屑和木屑+麥麩)對野生靈芝菌種質量的影響,結果顯示:在4種母種培養基上,菌絲的生長速度差異極顯著,菌絲的粗度、疏密程度和生長勢具有不同程度的差異,但菌絲的顏色均為白色,其中最佳母種培養基為PDA+木屑;在4種原種和栽培種培養基上,菌絲的生長速度差異極顯著,菌絲的粗度、疏密程度和生長勢具有不同程度的差異,但菌絲的顏色也均為白色。根據菌絲的生長速度、粗度、疏密程度、顏色和生長勢,原種和栽培種最佳培養基均為:棉籽殼。
