【摘要】采用組織塊分離法,從中國福建、江蘇、貴州三省銀杏Ginkgo biloba的根、莖、葉、樹皮組織中分離內生真菌,利用形態學與ITS rDNA序列分析相結合的方法對所分離的菌株進行鑒定。結果表明從根、莖、葉和樹皮分離出175株內生真菌,歸為47類,每一類取代表菌株進行ITS測序及系統分析,分別屬于子囊菌門的8個目,即Eurotiales、Hypocreales、Xylariales、Trichosphaeriales、Glomerellales、Diaporthales、Botryosphaeriales、Pleosporales,11科,16屬。其中刺盤孢屬Colletotrichum(19.75%)、鏈格孢屬Alternaria(19.15%)、鐮孢菌屬Fusarium(10.64%)和擬莖點霉屬Phomopsis(10.64%)為優勢菌群;并且新叢赤殼屬Neonectria和生赤殼屬Bionectria為首次從銀杏中分離出。Shannon-Wiener指數(H=2.4192)和Simpson指數(1-D=0.8856)的計算結果反應出所獲得的銀杏內生真菌菌群具有較高的多樣性。
