【中文摘要】 研究了二種羊肚菌菌株在四種培養基及五種培養料上的菌絲生長情況，結果表明，母種采用黃豆芽玉米粉培養基，栽培種采用棉籽殼木屑麥麩培養料，可縮短制種周期，獲得質量較高的菌種。
【英文摘要】 This paper reports mycelial growth states of Morchella in four kinds of media and five kinds of mixed materials.The results indicated that the best medium of the first grade spawn was soybean bud-corn powder medium and the best cultural material of the third grade spawn was the mixed material of cottonseed shell-sawdust- wheat bran for Morchella.
