【中文摘要】 新選育的糙皮側耳菌株PL -A2 屬于早熟型品種。該菌株菌絲在 5～ 37℃溫度范圍內均能生長 ,菌絲生長適溫為 18～ 30℃ ,最適溫度為 2 5～ 2 8℃。在蘋果渣發酵料培養基上 ,菌絲粗壯、整齊、潔白 ,爬壁能力強 ,滿袋天數為 2 2d± 1d。經推廣栽培證明 ,PL -A2 是高產優質菌株
【英文摘要】 It was proved that the newly selected Pleurotus ostreatus strain PL-A 2 was an early-maturing strain, and that its mycelia could grow at 5～37℃, the suitable temperature for its mycelia growth was 18～30℃ and the optimum temperature was 25～28℃. Its mycelia were robust, regular and pure white with strong vigour on the fermented apple dregs compost, it took only 22d±1d for its mycelia to fill the culture-bag. Through extensive cultivation, it was proved that PL-A 2 was a superior strain with excellent quality and high yield.
