【中文摘要】 本文研究了pH值和溫度兩種因素對白靈菇菌絲生長的影響 ,試圖求出最適宜白靈菇菌絲生長的pH值和溫度。研究中pH值為 5 ,5 5 ,6 ,6 5 ,7,7 5 ,溫度為 2 2℃ ,2 3 5℃ ,2 5℃ ,2 6 5℃ ,2 8℃。試驗結果以菌絲的日增長長度為統計指標進行兩因素方差分析 ,再通過對菌絲增長長度的平均值進行多重比較 ,最后得出 2 5℃是白靈菇菌絲生長的最佳溫度 ,pH值 5～ 7 5均適宜白靈菇菌絲的生長
【英文摘要】 In this paper,the effect of pH and temperature on Pleurotus nebrodensis hypha growing was researched.The pH ladder was 5,5 5,6,6 5,7 and 7 5 while the temperature ladder was 22℃,23 5℃,25℃,26 5℃ and 28℃.The result showed that the most optimum temperature to the growing of Pleurotus nebrodensis hypha is 25℃ and the range for pH 5～7 5 is adapt to the growing of Pleurotus nobrodensis hypha.
