【中文摘要】 食用菌原生質體的制備與分離是進行食用菌菌種選育的新途徑之一。本文通過探討不同因素 :菌絲體、培養基、時間、穩定劑、酶的種類與濃度等對姬松茸原生質體制備的影響 ,確定了姬松茸原生質體制備條件為 :MC培養基、培養 6d菌絲體、 0 6mol/LKCl穩定劑、0 5 %溶壁酶和 2 %Novo2 34作用 3h。
【英文摘要】 The production and isolation of protoplasts from Agaricus blazei murill were examined.Composition of so lid and liquid medium for cultivation,culture aging of mycelium,osmotic stabilizer,and the combination of enzymes had important effects on the production of protoplasts.Then the optimized conditions were mycelium cultured for six days on MC medium,0 6MKCl osmotic stabilizer,0 5% lywallzyme and 2% novozyme 234 for three hours.
