【中文摘要】 本文介紹了當前應用于真菌分類學中的六種分子生物學技術（G + C值、DNA互補,RNA技術,RFLP、RAPD五種核酸技術和一種蛋白質技術——同工酶技術）的原理、操作。適用范圍及其應用狀況,為食、藥用真菌研究者和生產者提供參考。
【英文摘要】 The principles and operation proceedings of six molecular biological methods (G + C values, DNA complemetary, RNA, RFLP, RAPD and isozymc technique) are introduced in this paper. All of these techniques are applied to fungi identification and recommended to researchers in edible and medicinal fungi study.
