【中文摘要】 黃傘是一種食藥兼用真菌。為了開發利用這一自然資源 ,我們對其營養特性進行了研究。結果表明 ,菌絲生長適溫為 10～ 30℃ ,最適 2 5℃ ;pH范圍 5.0～ 11.0 ,最適 7.0～ 8.0 ;最佳碳源為麥芽糖、山梨糖醇和葡萄糖 ;最適氮源為酵母浸膏、蛋白胨 ;添加維生素對菌絲生長的影響不明顯 ;CYM培養基上菌絲生長勢優于PDA培養基上的菌絲生長勢
【英文摘要】 Pholiota adiposa (Fr.) Quél. is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi. In order to exploit this natural resource, its nutritive characteristics were studied. The results showed that the temperature and pH appropriate to its mycelial growth were 10～30℃ and 5.0～11.0 resp., while the optimal ones were 25℃ and 7.0～8.0 resp.; that the best carbon sources were maltose, sorbitol and glucose; the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast extract and peptone; and vitamins added had no significant effect on its mycelial growth; and that its mycelial growth vigour in CYM medium was superior to that in PDA medium.
