【中文摘要】 研究了大球蓋菇菌絲生長的營養需求及環境條件。結果表明 ,大球蓋菇菌絲生長適宜的碳源為葡萄糖 ,適宜的有機氮源為豆粉 ,適宜的無機氮源為硝酸銨 ;大球蓋菇菌絲生長適宜的溫度為 2 5℃～ 30℃ ,適宜的 pH為 5～ 8,培養料最適含水量為 75%。
【英文摘要】 Effects of different nutrients and environmental factors on the mycelial growth of Stropharia rugoso-annulata were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources, organic and inorganicnitrogen sources were glucose, soybean meal and ammonium nitrate resp..The suitable temperature, pH and water content of the compost appropriate for the mycelial growth of S.rugose-annulata were 25～30℃, 5～8 and 75% resp..
