【中文摘要】 發展了一種粗提雙孢蘑菇mtDNA的方法 ,獲得As2 796親代及子代系列菌株的mtDNA粗提物 ,用HaeⅢ、CfoI、MspI、TaqI等內切酶進行酶切 ,并對酶切結果進行了分析和討論
【英文摘要】 An extraction method for the crude mtDNA of Agaricus bisporus was developed, the crude mtDNAs of parent and offspring strains of As2796 were obtained and digested by endonuclease HaeⅢ、CfoI、MspI and TeqI resp., while the digestion results were also analyzed and discussed.
