【中文摘要】 三降顆粒劑系以木耳[Auriculariaauricula(L .exHook)Underw .]為主要原料 ,配伍山楂、甘草等提取加工制成的顆粒劑型藥品 ,具有降血脂、降血壓和降血糖作用。經藥理試驗和臨床觀察結果表明 ,三降顆粒劑可顯著降低血清總膽固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白含量 ,總有效率分別為 87.2 %、83.0 %和 72 .2 %;亦可降低糖尿病患者的血糖和尿糖 ,總有效率為 81.3%。
【英文摘要】 Three Down Granular Medicine is a kind of granular medicine, using Auricularia auricula as main raw material, added with hawthorn fruit, licorice root and so on. Its main efficacy is to lower high blood lipid?high blood sugar and high blood pressure. The results from pharmacological experiments and clinical observation showed that the medicine could significantly reduce serum CHO?TG and LDL, the total effective efficiency was 87.2%? 83.0% and 72.2% respectively. And it could also lower the blood sugar and urine sugar of the diabetics with a total effective efficiency of 81.3%.
