【中文摘要】 姬松茸是一種食藥兼用真菌。通過電鏡觀察了華1、華2、華3、姬1、姬宋、姬4等6個姬松茸菌株菌絲的超微結構,以確定姬松茸菌絲的亞細胞結構特征,為進一步研究姬松茸菌絲在子實體生長過程中的作用提供一定的參考。
【英文摘要】 Agaricus blazei Murill. is a kind of edible and medicinal fungus. The mycelial supermicrostructures of six Agaricus blazei strains were observed under the electron microscope to determine the characteristics of subcellular structure and give an advice for further studying the function of mycelia in the growth of Agaricus blazei fruitbody.
