【中文摘要】 本研究首次報道荷葉離褶傘(Lyophyllum decastes)在中國工廠化栽培成功。試驗結果表明,所建立的荷葉離褶傘工廠化生產工藝可重復性好,平均污染率為0.94%,發菌時間為52 d,單瓶產量為104 g。
【英文摘要】 For the first time,Lyophyllum decastes has been cultivated successfully on an industrial scale in China by Shanghai Finc Bio-tech Inc.The cultivation process was highly reproducible with a spawn-run time of 52 d and an average bottle yield of 104 g,and contamination rates were low(0.94%).
