【中文摘要】 對紅汁乳菇子實體和組織分離菌株核糖體轉錄間隔區片段進行PCR擴增,擴增產物純化后測序,測序結果在GenBank中進行同源性檢索,并下載部分具有代表性種的ITS序列,利用軟件MEGA4構建分子系統發育樹,通過樹圖分析,最后鑒定出該組織分離菌株就是紅汁乳菇的純菌種。
【英文摘要】 Internal Transcribed Spacer(ITS) sequences in rDNA samples extracted from a Lactarius hatsudake fruit body,and from fungal mycelium isolated from the sporophore,were determined.Blastn was used to compare sequence data with 25 reference sequences deposited in GenBank,and a phylogenetic tree was constructed.Our date confirmed that the fungal mycelium isolated from the L.hatsudake fruit body was the vegetative form of the mushroom.
