【中文摘要】 根據香菇(Lentinula edodes)編碼線粒體中間肽酶le-mip基因的保守序列,通過基因組步行法對le-mip基因及其上游、下游區域進行步行擴增,擴增產物經SeqMan程序拼接后再BlastX搜索,并進行同源性分析。所獲得的序列長8880bp,其中有5個推定的基因,且與le-mip緊密連鎖的基因中沒有香菇的A交配型基因。
【英文摘要】 Based on a previously isolated conserved mip gene fragment,chromosome walking was used to amplify the mitochondrial intermediate peptidase gene (mip) in Lentinula edodes,together with the upstream and downstream genomic sequences. Amplified products were connected by SeqMan software,subjected to a BlastX search,and aligned. The total length of combined sequences was 8 880 bp,which together comprised four complete and one partial gene sequences. The A mating type gene in L. edodes is not linked to le-mip.
