【中文摘要】 以平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)農科P1號為研究對象,通過在培養料中投放不同濃度的氯化汞、氯化鎘、三氧化二砷和硝酸鉛,研究平菇對培養料中鉛(Pb)、鎘(Cd)、汞(Hg)和砷(As)4種有害重金屬的吸收富集規律及培養料中各種重金屬臨界含量值。結果表明,平菇農科P1號對培養料中Pb、Cd、Hg和As的吸收富集系數分別為0.0270.121、0.1611.440、0.0620.376和0.1120.695。平菇對4種重金屬的吸收富集能力排序為Cd>As>Hg>Pb。平菇培養料中有害重金屬Pb、Cd、Hg和As的臨界含量值分別為(mg/kg濕重)18.88、0.44、0.94和3.91。
【英文摘要】 Accumulation of cadmium,lead,mercury and arsenic in fruit bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus,strain nongkeP1,was investigated,and the safe concentration limits(critical concentrations) of the four heavy metals in the cultivation substrate were estimated.Accumulation coefficients for Cd,Pb,Hg and As ranged between 0.161~1.44,0.027~0.121,0.062~0.376 and 0.112~0.695,respectively.Accumulation efficiencies were in the order Cd>As>Hg>Pb,and critical concentrations of Pb,Cd,Hg and As in the cultivation substrate were 18.88,0.44,0.94 and 3.91 mg/kg wet weight,respectively.
