【中文摘要】 比較了不同采集地秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)子實體中硒含量、不同秀珍菇菌株對亞硒酸鈉耐受能力和轉化率,篩選富硒菌株與亞硒酸鈉的最佳添加水平。結果表明,不同來源的子實體中硒含量存在差異;菌株XJ-1的耐硒能力與硒吸收轉化率最高;液體培養XJ-1時,菌絲對亞硒酸鈉的生理耐受敏感臨界區間為3.05.0μg/100 mL,亞硒酸鈉添加水平在1.53.0μg/mL時,菌絲對硒的轉化水平最高。
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus geesteranus fruit bodies collected from different locations contained different endogenous levels of selenium.Growth of three strains of P.geesteranus using both solid and liquid media supplemented with Na2SeO3 revealed that strain XJ-1 exhibited the highest tolerance to Se and accumulated a higher percentage of the Se supplement.In submerged culture,strain XJ-1 was sensitive to Na2SeO3 concentrations in excess of 3.0 μg/100mL,and the percentage Se accumulation levels were highest in cultures supplemented with 1.53.0 μg/100mL Na2SeO3.
