【摘要】 從野生的繡球菌(Sparassis crispa)子實體中分離純化繡球菌菌株,通過平板試驗、液體發酵試驗篩選繡球菌菌絲生長的最佳固體和液體培養基,并用預處理過的松木屑等為材料栽培繡球菌,結果表明:最佳培養基分別為M6(啤酒酵母1.0%、蜂蜜粉0.3%、蛋白胨0.1%、大豆粉0.1%、KH2PO40.1%、瓊脂2%p、H 4.5)、L4(M6去掉瓊脂);菌絲在2325℃條件下培養,約2個月顯蕾,菇蕾在1215℃培養,約4個月得到成熟的子實體,生物轉化率約57%。
【Abstract】 A strain of Sparassis crispa was isolated and purified from a fruit body collected in the wild.Fungal mycelium grew optimally on a solid medium(M6) consisting of(w/w) brewers yeast 1.0%、honey powder 0.3%、peptone 0.1%、soybean meal 0.1%、KH2PO4 0.1%、agar 2%、pH 4.5,and on L4 liquid medium(M6 medium without added agar).When cultivated on pretreated sawdust,the strain grew optimally at 2325 ℃ and formed buds.After cultivation at 1215 ℃ for a further four months,mature fruit bodie...
