【摘要】 設計10種覆土方法研究了瓶栽條件下覆土對暗褐網柄牛肝菌子實體形成的影響及作用機制。結果表明,暗褐網柄牛肝菌在瓶栽條件下出菇必須通過覆土處理。通過自然條件下覆土、無菌覆土以及覆土中混入細菌、放線菌的對比試驗,發現覆土中的微生物能抵抗外界微生物的污染,并對子實體的形成有促進作用。另外,對比覆土后封口培養及敞口培養的處理,大多數封口培養的處理出菇受到抑制,說明CO2的濃度對暗褐網柄牛肝菌在瓶栽條件下形成子實體也有一定的影響。
