【摘要】 在不同溫度、碳源、氮源、碳氮比和pH值等條件下觀測硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)的菌絲長勢、菌落狀況、色素產生和菌絲生長速度,結果表明,硫磺菌菌絲最適生長溫度為30℃,最適碳源為果糖,最適氮源為蛋白胨,最適碳氮比為30∶1,最適pH值為5.3。
【Abstract】 The growth rate,vigor,density and pigmentation of Laetiporus sulphureus mycelium were observed at different temperatures,pH values,on different carbon and nitrogen sources,and using different C∶N ratios.Our data showed that the preferred C-source,N-source,C∶N ratio,and optimum pH and temperature values were fructose,peptone,30∶1,5.3 and 30 ℃,respectively.
