【摘要】 為選育高產優良的糙皮側耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌株,分別選取16個菌株的10個數量性狀進行主成分和聚類分析。結果表明,前4個主成分的累積貢獻率達87.448%;利用SPSS13.0軟件中未旋轉因子得分值計算出主成分得分,以特征值的貢獻率大小為分配系數,計算出不同品種糙皮側耳菌株的綜合得分和排名,并聚類為3個組群,第Ⅰ組的主要特點為產量高、菌絲生長速度快、單個子實體形態好;第Ⅱ組產量較高、菌絲生長速度較快、單個子實體形態較好;第Ⅲ組產量低、菌絲生長速度較慢。因此第Ⅰ組和第Ⅱ組綜合表現較好,可作為品種選育的優良材料。
