【摘要】 采用平板培養方法研究了碳源、氮源對繡球菌(Sparassis crispa)菌絲生長的影響,并用二元二次正交回歸實驗對繡球菌的母種培養基配方進行優化。結果表明,適宜繡球菌菌絲生長的最佳碳氮源為葡萄糖和魚粉蛋白胨,優化后的母種培養基配方為:馬鈴薯20%,葡萄糖2.10%,魚粉蛋白胨0.32%,瓊脂2%。
【Abstract】 The effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the growth rate and vigor of Sparassis crispa mycelium was determined and response surface methodology was applied to optimize the stock culture medium.Among the carbon and nitrogen sources tested,2.7% glucose and 0.25% fish peptone,respectively best supported mycelial growth.Optimized culture medium for the growth of S.crispa mycelium contained 20% potato,2.1% glucose and 0.32 % fish peptone.
