猴頭菌多糖罐批發酵種子培養及發酵條件優化

【摘要】 試驗確定了猴頭多糖罐批發酵的種子培養基配方、種子質量標準、發酵控制條件及發酵終點。猴頭罐批培養要求種子活力旺盛,菌球色白,懸浮性強,密度3.0×103個.mL-1～4.0×103個.mL-1,直徑0.5 mm～1.5 mm。5批發酵表明,猴頭多糖培養以26℃,pH5.0,攪拌150 r.min-1～200 r.min-1,罐壓0.04 PMa～0.06 PMa,通風0.6 m3.h-1～0.8 m3.h-1培養144 h～168 h較適宜,菌絲多糖達115 mg.g-1～130 mg.g-1。比較發現,猴頭罐批發酵較栽培子實體多糖高2倍。
