平菇培養料發酵過程理化因素及微生物變化研究

【摘要】 通過對平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)玉米芯培養料進行發酵處理,監測玉米芯發酵料的堆溫和pH值變化,對不同發酵階段進行微生物區系分析并測定了發酵過程中脫氫酶和堿性磷酸酶的變化。結果表明,在玉米芯培養料的發酵過程中,堆溫先升高后降低,而pH值先降低后升高。微生物主要以細菌和放線菌為主,真菌數量很少。隨著發酵的進行,細菌和放線菌數量,脫氫酶以及堿性磷酸酶的活性呈逐漸上升趨勢。
【Abstract】 Pleurotus ostreatus was cultured with fermented corncob in this article.The changes of temperate and pH value were monitored in the pile,and the microbial flora,the law of changes of dehydrogenase and Alkaline phosphatase were determined and investigated during the fermentation process.The results indicate that the temperate of the pile increased first and then decreased during fermentation,but the pH value was the opposite.The microorganisms of the pile mainly consisted of bacteria and actinomy...
