【中文摘要】 本文報道了目前人工培養菌絲體和子實體的囊菌150多種,它們屬于子囊菌亞門和擔子菌亞門,有4綱,14目,30科,60余屬。據Ainsworth和Bisbys(1983)的《真菌字典》列出了這些屬的分類系統。
【英文摘要】 150 species of artificially cultivated edible fungi are reported in this paper. They belong to Ascomycotina and Basidiomycotina and amount to 4 classes, 13 orders, 30 families and more than 60 genera. And the classification system of these genera is based on -A dictionary of Fungi ?edited by Ainsworth and Bisbys (1983)
