【中文摘要】 本文研究了采用五種不同制種料培養姬松茸(Agaricus biazei Murvill)菌種的生物學效率(產量)與菌絲生長速度、平均單朵重,子實體始菇期,子實體個數及污染串的關系。結果表明,生物學效率與菌絲生長速度、平均單朵重的相關性不顯著,而與子實體始菇期、子實體個數。污染率的相關性達顯著或極顯著水平。五種制種料以稻草最好,稻草種發菌快,封面快,不易污染雜菌,成活率達100%,出菇早,生物學效率達40.67%,其次為木屑種及棉籽殼種。
【英文摘要】 The relationship between the biological efficiency (yield) and the mycelium growth rate, the fruitbody formation period, the average weight per fruitbody, the number of fruitbody and the pollution rate of Agaricus biazei Murvill cultivated with five kinds of spawn media was studied in this paper. The results showed that the correlation between the biological efficiency, the mycelium growth rate and the average weight per fruitbody was not significant. However, the correlation between the biological efficiency, the fruitbody formation period, the number of fruitbody and the pollution rate was significant. The results suggested that the straw spawn had the advantages of high mycelium growth rate, early fruitbody formation period, high pollution resistant ability, 100 % survival rate and the highest yield with a biological efficiency of 40.67%, and that the less efficient spawns were sawdust spawn and cotton hull spawn.
