【中文摘要】 本文著重研究影響玉蕈(Hypsizygus marmoreus Sing.)生長發育的生態因子。結果表明,菌絲生長發育的適宜溫度為15～25℃,最適為20℃。玉蕈是好氧菌;適宜pH為5～7,最適為6。母種以玉米粉綜合培養基、蛋白胨培養基和綜合PDA培養基最佳。原種和栽培種培養基的主料是玉米芯粉和等量豆秸粉,輔料是玉米粉或麥麩加豆粉;培養料最適C/N為20,含有較多可溶性碳水化合物,能夠促進菌絲生長發育。
【英文摘要】 The ecological factors affecting the growth of Hypsizygus marmoreus Sing. were studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of mycelia was 1525℃ and the optimum temperature was 20℃. H. marmoreus Sing, was an aerobic fungus, the suitable pH for the growth of its mycelia was 57 and the optimum pH was 6. The comprehensive corn powder medium, peptone medium and comprehensive PDA medium were the optimum media for the mother culture, while for the primary spawn and culture spawn, the main substrate was corn cob powder plus the same amount of soybean straw powder, the suitable additives were corn powder or wheat bran with soybean powder. Meanwhile the optimum C/N ratio was 20 and rich soluble carbohydrate could promote the growth of H. marmoreus Sing. mycelia.
