【中文摘要】 本文以發菌期、出菇期、轉潮期、菌蓋與菌柄的重量比以及生物轉化率5個指標,對用玉米芯栽培的23個平菇菌株進行了模糊聚類分析,結果將其歸為十二類.其中,第一類的萊平1號和第二類的萊平4號、PL-802三個菌株,發菌快、出菇早、轉潮快、產量高,子實體性狀優,是適宜玉米芯栽培的優良平菇菌株.
【英文摘要】 Based on five indices of mycelial growing period, fruiting period, inter-flush period, fresh weight ratio of pileus to stipe and biological efficiency, 23 Pleurotus strains cultivated on corncobs were classified into 12 clusters by fuzzy cluster analysis. Among them, three strains of Laiping No. 1 in the first cluster, Laiping No. 4 and PL-802 in the second cluster have the characteristics of short spawn-running stage, earlier fruiting, short inter-flush period, high yield and good quality. So they are good strains suitable to cultivation on corncobs.
